electrical issues

Does anyone out there know where the fuse is located for the two power jacks? I guess it decided not to like both a cellphone and fuzz-buster plugged in today.The fuse blocks don't seemed to have it labled as power outlets

usally those are connected with the dash lighting, other then that, i'm not sure.

I know my fuse box in the left of the dash, You have to have the door open to access. 2004 GTP.
