The pullies should be fine. You should check to ensure the belt is tracking on the pullies correctly. If not, stop the car and realign the belt.

thanks marc for the reply,
i guess i didnt word the question correctly. you see, ever since i changed the belt, the car just doesnt 'feel the same' when supercharger kicks in, there seems to be a slight 'lag' in response.
i thought that maybe in process of changing the belt, the supercharger pully may have rotated slightly so it was not in the same position when i installed the new belt. is there such a thing as 'timimg' that needs reset?

On the supercharger? No its just a pump so there is no timing. After I put the INlays in my bumpers i thought it drove different. It is most likely your mind messing with you. Im really bad about it becuase i drive alot and even on my new 04 i think i hears 'something' but i don't so you are probably ok... and btw therrrrrrrr grrreeeaaatttt!!!!

hammer now but i think it feels like summer, did we skip spring

just make sure you have proper tension on the tensor pulley and the correct size belt, if those two things are ok then you should be fine...
