navigation installed in used car

Has anyone installed a oem navigation into a 2006 - 08 Grand Prix, with or without Head up display?
If so does anyone know where to find one besides ebay.

If it is what you are looking for then I would say what BoostenGTP says. It looks sweet but dang price is nut.

Just go to a retail store and get a navigation unit, way cheaper.
