When does the 2003/4 G-force release?

Hey Guy/Gals,

I just made a call to GM. I asked them about a lease extension. My lease is not due until Jan. of 2003. Basically I was wondering if I could wait until redesign comes out. They said I probably can once they know a date of the release.

I'm a pretty active member of the list, and do not remember much talk about the release date. Does anyone have any GM connections? I'm trying to get a ballpark on the release date for the G-Force.

Best I've heard (not from inside GM though) is that the first date for the redesigned GP was as a 2003 model. However, with Lutz making changes, it delayed it to 2004. However a 2004 model year car could still be released in 2003...

(Caddy CTS was released in Jan '02 as a '03 model)

Isn't it normally June / July for new models? This is just a guess on my part.
