waste gate? and exhaust question..

is it possible to put a waste gate onto a 2004 grand prix gtp (comp g) automatic? if so, where is a good place to buy one for my car? also, anyone know of any good exhausts that will make my car sound similar to that ferrari that was in bad boys 2?
