How do I lock the steering wheel on 05 Grand Prix?

How do I lock the steering wheel on 05 Grand Prix? - 07/10/11 02:30 PM

We need to putn our car on a tow dolly but do not know how to lock the steering wheel so the front wheels won't turn. We tried to turn the car off and turn the whell from side to side, but to no avail.

Please help.
