GTP Comp G Temp Issue

Ever since i got my 05 Grand Prix GTP Comp G my temp gauge has been reading way above the half mark but it never really reached the hot area until today,i noticed my overflow/back up container was full both fans are coming on like they are supposed to,but finally it reached the hot mark,so i felt the top radiator hose & realized it was quite full,meaning it wasnt holding any pressure,afterwards i let the car cool down,i put my hand on the radiator cap & felt it bubbling,i waited till it got cool again i took the thermostat out to see if there was a blockage,but the thermostat seems good,so before i change any of the hoses i will get a pressure check,hopefully i will have to replace that top radiator hose & overflow bottle (because overflow bottle is leaking)and get rid of the dexcool coolant for some green coolant & get this the overflow bottle only leaks sometimes

Found out what was wrong the radiator was clogged up,i just installed a new radiator last week
