Ok the movie rental selection is pretty slim right now. I done seen all the new ones. So I thought I'd go through some of the classic car movies. I've already got both "Gone In 60 secs", "bullit", and "American Graffitti" Throw out some others that I could add to my list. TIA.

When I was younger I remember a movie from the 80s called Corvette Summer. I couldn't tell you the first thing about the movie though.

EDIT: It's on amazon.com. looks like it stared Mark Hammill from Star Wars. laugh

Here is a photo of the car. I just loved corvettes when I was about 5 years old and wanted one like this:

"Planes, Trains, and automobiles"? wink

"Heart Like a Wheel" is the story of Shirley Muldowny

I grew up watching a movie called "6 pack" starring Kenny Rogers as a stock car driver who takes in 6 orphans.

Le Mans with Steve McQueen.

The Last Ride with Dennis Hopper (the GTO's were better than the movie but the chick was hot)
