from what I understand it's "cool" for them to put oil coolers on the outside-front of the cars, and have these crazy, bizarre exhaust setups - just for the sake of looking bizarre

the spoilers are acting as hydrofoils and the high exhaust is to keep it above the water so the can scoot over to the mainland for the weekend...just as long as there is no small craft advisory in effect (some of the stickers say "F**k the Ferry")
