I had spoken to a Customer Service rep awhile ago, and asked the following: "If I were to be able to generate enough interest, would Verizon change their nighttime minute start to 7 PM (or 1900 Hours)? He said that if there were enough of an interest, Verizon would consider changing nighttime minutes to 7 PM. What would a Verizon Wireless customer have to do? Call Customer Service and talk to a rep and ask for night time to start at 7 PM. If enough people do this, we could all save a little money. Thanks yall.

Verizon here...used to have Nextel...I hated Nextel. I couldn't tell you how many calls I dropped. I've only dropped one call since work switched to Verizon.
Same here. I was able to tell what day Sprint merged with Nextel. I started dropping calls, customer service went to crap, and then they refused to pay me my 90 USD refund. Them peeps aint gettin NO more money from me.
