I've always been an advocate of varying the rpms for different lengths of time so the rings don't take a set for a given situation. But I'm no expert.

Can someone of the spanish speakers try to explain what all this mean?... is about fusing the rings to get more poweror something like that?...

Antes, se pensaba que un carro nuevo no se debia correr rapido y duro ( a todo velocidad). Pero este reporte deci que si. Sigun, uno debe de calientar el carro muy bien antes de todo y entonces uno corre el carro rapido.
