Ok I figured out how to post pics, and how to change my sig...my final question...How can I get a custom avatar uploaded?

ohhh...well that makes me seem rather sensless. Soooo what do ya call the logos found under everyones name?
All I see under everyone's name is what type of member they are and their number.
my browesr sometimes move the pic to the left..I guess I either stop drinkin or get my eyes checked
