GXP sensor problem

GXP sensor problem - 04/01/06 07:01 PM

I just got my 06 Black GXP on 03/30 and had to return it to the dealership on 03/31 for sensor issues. They're saying that my sensors aren't communicating with each other when the car warms up. The service dept says they don't even know how to fix it yet. Has anybody had a similar problem? The car has 40 miles on it!! If it were you guys, would you let them fix it and take the car back or ask for a dealer trade and get an entirely new one? I'm extremely upset! Am I overreacting? By the way, this is my 4th Grand Prix and I've never had this issue with the other 3!!

If they don't know how to fix it yet, then I believe they should give you a new one...........

What kind of sensory messages are you receiving?

Thanks for the advice...My baby was in the shop from that Friday to that Tuesday. It turned out it was a loose ground wire that wasn't bolted to the frame tight enough. Once they figured it out and fixed it, she's been perfect. I'll post some pics of her soon, especially with her new tint!
