Is AirCharger legal in New York?

i really want to get an aircharger from K&N, but i want to make sure its legal (emissons) and how well it works.

Mmmmmmmmmm! i have not got a clue on emissions but you should just look up your local government office/officer on the net call or email someone?? There they will give you the XYZ on the story.

A K&N air filter should be emissions legal. I have used several in many different autos with no problems. If you are unsure just change it out before your annual emissions check. A free glowing air filter is a good inexpensive way to free up horse power.

thanks- I hope it is , but i guess I'll check with the ny inspection center when I get a chance. The thing is, NY is the second must strict state to California when it comes to emmissions, and in California the filters are illegal. Thanks for replying reggie and dfunk.
