hey does anybody know if gtp/gt aftermarket exhaust systems will fit on a se? I know its a different engine but will the exhaust still fit? On different web sites with exhaust systems it only says gtp/gt exhaust and i wonder if theres any real difference.

I have a 97 SE w/ the 3.8. As long as you have the 3.8 motor buy whatever exhaust you want. My SE has the SLP Loudmouth. You just need to buy the rubber and metal hangers for the exhaust for the drivers side as our cars dont have them....about $15...thats the ONLY difference, trust me, I asked dealers and looked @ others cars before shelling out my $$ on an exhaust that might not fit. I love it, looks good, now im just looking for a GT/GTP rear bumper cover with the exhaust cut outs to "dress it up".

GTP exhaust will fit the 3.1 motors too. I helped a friend do it. An SLP install shop was throwing them away and gave us one.
