Around how much labor is involved in installing one of these. If it is something you did yourself, was it incredibly difficult?

Also, if you paid for it to be done how much did it cost you? Is it something that most shops can't do?

A lot of questions. Yes. Nothing you guys can't hanlde though.

A cam install is a pretty major task with the engine still in the car ,there are many good write ups for an average mechanic a 6-8hr job ,cost of install is $500 and up just a side note you can do a rocker upgrade in about 2-4hrs yourself and its not that difficult.
