I'm doing some fixes on my car, in need of some help. How do I go about removing the dome light area (sunglass holder and lights plastic area)? I need to get the plastic off so I can seal up my leaky onstar antenna on my 04. Once that is off is there any recommendation on sealing up this section to prevent it from leaking?

Also I'm changing to a 180 Murray Tstat (from Oreily's), are these known to be decent tstats or are they junk?

I'm also in need of changing my rear brakes and sway bar as well (Rusty rotors and 2mm left on pads). Is there any place I can get OEM parts cheap to fix that stuff?

Also can someone tell me where I can get a full sized spare for cheap? I've thought about going to tire shop and getting just a steel rim w/ a cheap tire. Would this be the best route?

Thanks guys!

At least for the brake pads, check out Prime Choice Auto parts. Theyre a whole saler and Randall showed me this site a long time ago.

Super cheap and actually really nice pads. I run their ceramic ones and got them for like 25$ shipped.

Plus they have free shipping.

Check out Cquence brakes. I got a bargain from them on a full set of drilled rotors and pads for my Sebring for about $250.

If you decided to go with drilled rotors then go with the organic pads as opposed to ceramic or semi-metallic. The harder pads on the T-Bat have ruined the rotors and they cant be turned.
Or ganic pads might wear faster but replacement pads are cheaper and easier to change out than changing rotors.
