Well i talked to my mechanic and he will pay for the SIR Coil he broke, anyway, i download from Club GP a sheet with part numbers and i found this SIR coil of the air bag system, but there are 2 kinds of coils, with electronic control, and without electronic control, how do i know which to ask??

I'm going to take a stab in the dark, but I would guess that one with electronic control would be for you if you have SW controls, and w/out elec cont if you don't have SW controls. just guessing here, though. I will look and see if I can find my service order sheet from when my SIR coil got changed out, and maybe that will help you. I'm at work now, so it will be tomorrow before I can let you know, though

i can call the dealer up the road and ask em but i would need the last 8 of your vin. if you feel fine giveing it to me just pm me with it. some people dont like giveing out that information.

yes you do have the electronic control.
Gm part number is: 26082275 the coil list out at 160.00, hope this helps

I have another number 26087275, i took it from a sheet of Club GP, and in GM parts direct is around 83 usd.

why is the number diferences??
