I still wanna know what Redgie the Wedgie did to his engine cover...that sucker looks like it was chrome plated almost.

Hey Alex, how long did it take you to do that? I was thinking about doing mine on Saturday. What all did you use to do it?

Heh, when I was a mechanic I used to charge 10 dollars to steam clean engine compartments..a good hot steam washer works wonders on a hot engine. just need to put a garbage bag around your air intake if its a aftermarket one so it doesn't get wet

They took off the air filter, and protect the TB, anyway i had to reinstall the complete tubing and cone cause they let it loose.

Anytime i take my car to clean the engine something ends breking or malfunctioning.

Yesterday I was racing a BMW M3 that i think has more HP's than my GT right? but he seemed to be afraid of racing too fast so the race was cool, but at the end a hose of the coolant that is right behind my alt. broke then i start leting a cloud of stream behind me, that is embarrasing when they pass you and see you...

I think the M3's are 240hp, I'm not sure on the torque numbers.

yeah, I am originally from Ohio. The highest it gets up there on average is around 90. Anything above that is too hot. Last May and June I was San Antonio in Basic Military Training. Man, that was hot. we had to walk around in our BDUs all day long and weren't allowed to roll up the sleeves or anything. By the end of the day, we were soaked with sweat. Then I spent the rest of the summer in Pensacola, FL. It was so humid there you could taste and feel it. I HATE THE SUMMER! mad

Ever try Phoenix or Yuma, AZ during the summer? Sure the humidity in other places will make you wanna die, but try messin with 115+ (ferenheit (sp)). IF there's a breeze, it feels like you put your face in front of a heat gun. That heat will KILL you. And I love every minute of it.

Hey Buggy, the 100 degree plus days won't last, just remember only a couple more months and we'll be thru... while the guys in the Southwest are sweating over Christmas break! lol
