Noob Question,
I have the ZZP MPS 3.6 pulley on. If I wanted to change the belt would all I have to do is remove the pulley with the alan wrench? Afraid of breaking the tensioner bolt again...grr
If I can remove the belt that way I will run without the belt on while I wait for a tune.

I really hope after all this that you could at least remove the belt with the tensioner.

Last time I rotated the tensioner bolt clockwise it snapped inside the tensioner assembly. Can someone specify to me what pulley it is exactly? Is it the tensioner pulley or the idler pulley? ZZP's instructions said clockwise. How many times must it be rotated too?

It's pulley number 3. You'll need to put a long ratchet on it and pull it toward you (clockwise). You will not break the bolt loose, instead you will be taking the tension out of the spring inside the tensioner assembly allowing enough slack in the belt to slip it off. In other words, pull the ratchet down towards to the rad support and the whole pulley will move, then pull the belt off. You'll see what I mean when you pull on the right pulley.

Thanks RS, that explains it all. I was pulling on the idler pulley bolt.

I could have sworn it was counter-clockwise, I don't see how rotating the pulley clockwise would release tension on the belt. *shrug* It's easy to figure out, shouldn't take much effort at all. Hardest part is actually getting to the bolt, I had to rent a serpentine belt removal tool since it comes with short sockets and a skinny breaker bar.

Thanks R.S! Belt came off in 1 minute and will be very easy to replace. Going to run w/o a supercharger till I get a tune because knock. You do move the ratchet towards you when doing it.
Also plan on a coolant flush, oil change, and will buy a new belt. Any recommendations?

The tensioner swings up toward the coilpack (rotates counter-clockwise) to take the slack out, look at the belt setup and you'll see that.

Some guys forget that when replacing the pulley..

I'd just leave it without for now, its only a few days and you're guaranteeing no extra wear and tear from excessive knock. Probly fine, but....
