would it be possible to tint the tails but leave parts un tinted? for example tape off a portion to not be tinted and then include a supercharged sticker and spray tint over that then remove the tape and when u have lights on the untinted parts and supercharged part will light up? do you get wat im saying?

ud have to try and see....i think it might look pretty good with a lit up "supercharged" part and the rest blacked out....especially at night!

yeah but then the supercharged part would have to be really bold so you could be it during the day....i was also thinking along the lines of flames? or a superman logo idk just ideas...

yeah i was thinking about it my only concern would b if the whole word would light up because there is basically just one main bulb for the brake lights

just do the "supercharged" not the logo and if you make the shade dark enough it will show the word very nicely

just take off the supercharged logo when u put on the clear. it will look cleaner if u have a clear coat over the tint and the supercharged part.

yeah i was planning on using a clear....but i dont want to make the shade to dark because my cousin did it and it was wayyy to dark you would barely c his lights

I "striped" my tail lenses when i tinted them to make sure they would pass inspection here in VA...but you could easily do the same with yours. I think saving the "supercharged" part would look cool.

yes i have done a few sets and myn are kind of dark but once you tap the breaks you can see right threw them, yes you can have a logo if depending on how much materials u use you will want to take the sticker off when wet but make sure you sand around your logos very very well because thats were you will have lifting issues

well if i did the logo and then put a clear coat ontop of that i dont think it would lift.....

there's a guy that tints tails for us on our tbss site that uses tinted ppg clear,and he leaves the rev light (which is clear) not tinted.so doing a logo prob wouldnt be a big deal.ill ask him what he thinks about doin this.

I'm going to say it looks like the tails were tinted and then taped and painted with a silver.

I was thinking same thing few months ago. I plan have my tint tail with silver lines around to match my car but I think it is too much for that. So I decide full tint tail only.

i think the silver final layer would look real nice on a silver gp as well as white
