Those marks on the SD are paint chips from sitting so low and hitting random crap. The Lip is getting repainted when the hood gets painted.

if you were to black the roof and trunk lid, I'd say keep the hood black. Otherwise, get that thing painted silver! Nice lookin car, though. Good job.

Thanks for the compliments. Im considering more and more of painting the hood black just because everyone around here thinks it would look better that way too. i may do a one off carbon fiber look like what Chico mentioned.

Because the wheels are black, the black hood makes more sense. Still, if I had to vote, I'd say paint it the hood the body color and paint the lip and the back skirt black.
