Should I go rockers or cam?

I've heard that a cam is much harder to install than rockers, so maybe I should do rockers? Also with these mods what size pully do you think I could drop to with no KR? And I will still be using this car as my DD.

That's a lot of work, if you actually do all those mods and run a small pulley you'll grenade your trans in no time

You won't need a DP unless you want to replace the one that you get with the headers.

And before you get too crazy into those mods you should think about a tuner to make everything worthwhile.

Yes the trans is my other worry... I really dont want to spend money on a build trans... And thanks Jlindahl I don't know what I was thinking haha. And yea I would like to get a tuner. Was thinking maybe I could find someone in the area if possible.

Those headers look good but do'nt expect them to fit without issues,another problem with the cheapie headers is the flex is crap and needs to be replaced ,U R trans will be OK with mods if U are moderate with UR launches,as far as a cam goes this is alwa-s a good power producer and for a DD I suggest a VS a good 35whp gain but be prepared a cam swap is no walk in the park ,with a VS ,a 3.4,and headers or a plog and 3" dp ushould run low 13's and run dead even with LS1's,to go with a smalller pullie U will need to go with 42l injectors.Chico(pops)

Don't forget a nice tune with all that stuff. Any considerations on that yet?

I'm not sure what I'll be doing about the tune yet. If I can find a tuner tool for a good price I might see if I can't do some experimenting. Otherwise my options would be to find someone locally.

And I should be good to go? Would you recommend the 90# valve springs and standard retainers that zzp gives as an option? And should I go for the modular pulley system or do you think it's a waste?

Also what gauges do you suggest? I was thinking Aeroforce, Oil Pressure, and??

Go with the 90# springs to be safe and a new stock timing chain also a tune,the modular pulle- setup is alwa-s a good idea .Chico(pops)
