Hi I have another question, on the fuel pump for a 2000 grand prix, I just purchased a new pump from the dealership (for a good price on GM parts, I found GMParts4U.com, excellent price.) anyway, this is a second generation pump for the Super Charge engine, my question is, they sent me a new plug in harness to be spliced into the original harness, looks like my original harness, but am wondering why the replacement, is there an issue with the original harness, I did notice though that the wires on the new little harness to splice in are like one size bigger than original, but the harness is only like 12" long. thanks for any insight on this.
