when i come to a red light or a stop some times my car bogs down for a second then goes right back to a regular idle...no SES light and other than that the car runs fine...any advice?

Try possibly some electronics cleaner or MAF cleaner on the MAF sensor.

Autozone or Advance. Like under $6 for a can. Just might need some special set of tamper proof sockets to remove the maf. Take a look to see what the two screws look like. Mine were tamper proof. Then unscrew it, spray the cleaner on it, and it dries fairly instantly. Then plug back in and tighten.

Do you have a stock cat? That could be sign of a cat going out very soon. But do the MAF cleaning first then go from there.
