Yeah, I noticed that too. I thought rear shot look pretty good. I'm surprised I'm on top 6. I figure everyone don't like my SE side look. Next year, it will look much better when I will have it install wink

at least people like your car frown .

I took like 70 pictures to get the "right one" and I am not even going to make it. go figure.

it seems like people are voting based on mods and not on the quality of the picture. So dont feel bad jaybur.

It just sucks, I had some really cool pictures (I thought anyway) and people told me to take different pictures, or shine the tires, so I do the stuff people wanted and I am basically fighting to even make it on the calendar.

and then like hercmans car, looks like he ran outside to take a pic in case there wasn't enough entries, and I am tied with him too. (no offense herc, your car is nice, just saying.....)

I should have just entered one of the photo's I personally really liked. I do like the one I entered, but not as much as the other ones I had (without the "tire shine").

and we did have 12 cars before the deadline, but then it got extended anyway, almost like they really really wanted a voting to take place.

I thought I had a lot of support based on the replies I got when I was posting them up, but I guess not.

maybe I take it too personally, but that is just how I am.

jay

I think you fell victim to too many red cars to choose from. I think I only got the votes cause the color is different.

Looks like there will be a run off for 12th so we'll see what happens.

I have to say that I think that I fell victim to the red car thing too. And the fact that my car is too stock looking.

Next year...

You are wrong with that assumption Tim, at least for me. I voted on the quality of the shot with vehicle in it, not based on mods whatso ever.
Take a look at my votes.

I voted based on looks, but I changed my mind about 15 times, you should see my scratch paper. At some point, my top 6 included just about every car on the list. I had to go back to the thread just to see who I voted for. Why did I vote for a SE? j/k palsut

I really did like your leaves shot jaybur, and that actually got me wanting to take pics, so I did a wash one warm day last week with the intent of going to a local empty lot with lots of leaves....and of course something came up, my black car was looking dirty again the next day, and now it's 20 and snowing out

Next year I hoping to get some good pics to enter, probably won't win because I'm keeping it looking basically stock outside of exhaust tips and colored badges, I'm just looking forward to getting some good pics in.
