Well I installed my Wizaired yesterday, man you can really hear the SC with that 4"x9" K&N! I did some before and after testing measuring MAF (lb/min) and Boost and here's the results, I averaged 3 runs Before and 4 runs after, all from a standstop to approx 60 mph
Before
Barometric 14.3 psi
Temperature 63 F
MAF - 28.4 lb/min
Boost - 7.5 psi

After
Barometric 14.3 psi
Temperature 70 F
MAF 29.2
Boost 8.2

So you can see bigger filter let the stock pulley draw more air and supply more boost. To be honest I was expecting a bigger increase, but I suppose that might mean the stock filter is suited for the stock setup and the bigger filter will be optimized with the 3.4" pulley.

The only way you'll see some results is a dyno. Given those numbers you gave, each run has way too man variables for you to detect gains or losses.
