I ordered a few miscellaneous items from gmpartsdirect.com. Things like coin holder, floor mats, etc. I also ordered the buick strut tower/sway bar kit. I placed the order on the 5th, and they still haven't shipped it.

On the 20th, they emailed me saying the part number for the floor mats changed. (Yes, it took them 15 days for them to tell me this.) The new part number was $40.32, instead of $20.16. They asked if they could go ahead and charge me the additional sum.

I said yes. And now, it is the 26th, and it still has not been shipped. None of it.

Is this ridiculous, or is it just me?

It's a game of chance with them sometimes. I know that there are a few members over on clubgp who ordered parts and received them a month later. I order the GMPP Handling Kit and got it 1 and 1/2 weeks later. laugh

Yes, it's well worth the money, and fairly easy install.
Kills a lot of sway.

Well, I got my parts (special ordered) finally. Took 23 days!! So if you special order items don't expect to recieve them quickly.
