Wow, I really like those. When you showed the picture of the rims while back I didn't like the wheel itself but since you got them put on your car it looks really good. I do agree your car looks a 4x4 or should I say a donk car.

Lower that baby ! Put off some other visual mods for that for sure. Maybe invest in getting them chromed !! That would be sweet.

Thank you for your nice comments everyone.

I agree about it need lower but I'm afraid it will kill tranmission? I remember I read some thread about they have problem with tranmission during lower? I'm not sure if I want to do that but I will get new struts and spring in 2010 project plan. Mine is over 108K milages and very rusty. I think my strut is broken on left rear. I measured it. The both front is good size. They are 2 1/2 inches. The right rear is 3 inches. The left rear is 2 1/4 inches. It is kind weird that my rear struts are not even. Do you think alignment cause that? I did have my car alignment because my right side is way off.

Chico: paslut? I'm not female lol. It is palsut. My tires size is 245/45/18.

MAC GTP: I'm working on to get Pontiac center cap on this wheel. I have clear silcone so I'm going to try one wheel only. If it is fail then I will get smooth center cap from same company.

01GTshaner: They do have chrome but I brought silver paint from my local area seller for $300.

http://www.liquidmetalwheel.com/static.html

Afternoon pictures kind blow because it is too much sunny.

A Drilled / Slotted rotor kit with red calipers would be SLAMMIN !!!

And i still think lowering would be amazing !! The more i look @ it the more i like the painted .. chrome would still be wicked.

Good job man, your car is one to be looked up to!

Palsut (sorry about the spelling)lowering your car 1 1/2 to 2" should'nt bother your trans. just get the right struts (AGX's) and you'll be fine ,I've been lowered for 4 years without a problem I do use pogo washers and offset poly upper mounts though ,

I'm planning to get F-body brake set up and big rotor next year. I'm not sure it will look good on red calipers? My color theme is silver/black. I'm thinking silver or black calipers.

I like chrome wheel but silver paint wheel look hot. It is almost 100% perfect match on my car paint.

Chico: No problem. Just joking about my wrong name spelling. wink That's good to know. I guess someone might drive too hard cause tranmission break or something. I will try to get my car lower next year. It will take time to save some money. I'm going to get AGX too. This year will be my appearance body work and interior work.

I'm will start lower thing next year. So I will make list to start. laugh

So what product(s) I need?

KYB AGX adjustable struts. Do I need add strut mounts plate from this site?
https://www.zzperformance.com/grand_prix/products1.php?id=397&catid=138

well if your rear struts are as bad as you say, than you may want to start to lower it sooner.

Thank you everyone. I will have tire shop take a look at my struts if need to replace because my car is shaking at 35-65 mph. I will bring it over tomorrow. If yes then I guess I have no choice to replace oem strut parts. Aftermarket parts is too way much. Maybe I will leave my car park rest of summer to save some money to start lower it.

I don't feel like make other thread.

I got GM exhaust tips but one problem that it is not fit. It is same size as my exhaust pipe. My exhaust is GMPP exhaust system. I thought it is same size as my current exhaust tips. I guess it is my fault for not measure it instead thinking it will be fine as long it is gm parts should be work. I guess not. Bummer. It looks hot. I guess I will have to return it back and order 3 inches tips on ebay that should fit my exhuast pipe.

wash/wax job

This car is super hot. Lot of people/neighor telling me "nice ride" or "nice car" while I'm doing wax job behind the building lol

I give it wax for whole body, flip's tint tail, and everywhere. I use rain-x wipe to make my glass shiny too.

Enjoy the pictures. It might be not best pictures because I'm at my dad's apt. I forgot bring my camera so I borrow his camera. Boy, I'm worn out. I have been working on it for 8 hours. It is worth it for make my car sexy again.

When you put on the new tips, please don't make them stick out so far.

You can take these tips and have them welded on at an exhaust shop.

I thought I need big size to weld it. I didn't know same size pipe can weld like that. I guess that's good new. laugh

Believe me, I'm not trying make my exhaust tip stick out too far like ricer or whatever. It is same size as my current tips and new dual tips. I did remove both of them and try push it all way as I can. It is still same. frown

Take the new tips to a cheap muffler shop and have them weld the new tips on there. It will be cheap, and they won't stick out and look stupid like the ones on there now do.

It shouldn't cost you more than $30 or so to have someone weld the new tips on, and you can sell your old tips for more than that.

BLEWGTP: I will keep you in my mind if I want to sell it.

Weld it might work but it is still same size to stick out.

See example. It is all way to pipe and still same as my current tip.

I always wondered what those rims looked like on a GP. Looks good.

Anything looks better than those terrible 3-spokes. I had them too. They're awful.
