Out Side Temp. Problem

Can anyone please help me. My outside temp guage is showing crazy numbers anywhere -33 - 50 when outside temp is 50. It also changes very quickly. I remember a test or something with the Auto Climate control buttons. I also cleaned and reseated the temp sensor. I did also search though archives..

Please Help!

No real suggestions, just the fact that I had to replace the sensor on my 2000, this summer.

I just replaced sensor, now unit is showing only 50 degree's and the picture of the seat in display blinks a couple of times when car first starts up

Where is the temp sensor? I have had no problems at all but for future ones if they arise. Thanks

Go to the Club GP web-site, search for Exterior Temperature Sensor
You should find a post with a picture of the sensor, and the correct part number.
