Yes.

If you have serious trouble installing this, please put the wrench down and SLOWLY step away from the vehicle...

I wouldn't call it a breeze. On a 1-5 wrench scale I'd call it a two. Mainly because of where it's at and the corroded fittings you'll have to deal with.

It'll take a couple hours.

its not the fittings at much as finagling the old manifold out around stuff and putting the new one in without too many scratches

It was my first actual real mod and It was hard to get the exhuast bolts off but that was it. Just remember to put back on all supporting braces back on or you'll end up with a damaged engine mount and have to order a new one which there a pain to find.

disconnect your motor mounts
take off the driver side strut brace
disconnect your front spark plug wires
unbolt the front manifold
unbolt it from the crossover
take it out
scuff up your front gasket and put in plog.
then put it all back together.

I never scraped my knuckles really at all... maybe you ladies are just doing it wrong :p

I re-used my gasket, unless yours is ripped it should be fine, just rough it up with a scotchbrite pad or metal wool.

i would recomend buying a new gasket, because when you remove your mani there is a chance that it will get stuck to half and stick to another half and has the opp to break it would b fairly easy just make sure you have some band-aids and some pb blaster lol

the old gasket doesnt stick to anything. its a metal gasket, if it does stick at all, just get a screwdriver underneath it, and peel it out.
