When you say drive like a grandma when you frist get your air intake what does the entitle? Try not to go above 2rpm,3rpm, or 60mph...etc

i dont think you need to drive like a gma... as long as you disconnected the battery for 20 min your PCM learned the new airflow and you can drive how ever u want

The fuel trims aren't going to be accurate/not as good as they could be. You can probably disconnect the battery again and wait 30 mins. then take it easy for 200 miles. Then you should see a little change.

It is only to reset the trims. It still isn't good to really drive like crazy without a tune. But most of the modders won't have access to a tuner. That is the best way after installing an intake. More air means you'll need more fueling. Reseting the trims helps, but a custom tune would be the best!

trims are always learning anyway. so driving like a rubber necker for 200 miles is just going to waist gas.

drive normal (your normal driving) but for the first 4 trips (20-30 min drives) dont step on the car much above 50% on the peddle. keep in mind each tank of gas the car's trims change anyway! not drasticly but they do.
