Sometimes when i start my GP GT, it expelles white smoke for 2 seconds, but enough to notice it, it just happens sometimes and i think most when it is cold, what could this be?

I would say if its just a short time on startup it's most likely valve guides nothing to worry about on higher mileage motors .

Sounds like valve guides to me. The longer it sits the more oil drains down so the more smoke. Yes it's common on higher mileage vehicles. You can have the heads redone or live with it. Just be sure to check your oil regularly. If your using more then a quart every 3,000 miles then it's time for some work.
