Tomorrow I finally take the GTP to get it's tranny fixed. For the past couple of months it's been driving without 3rd gear! My gas mileage has dropped considerably and it's just annoying in traffic. lol

Good luck man!

When you get it back take a GOOD HARD LOOK and make sure nothing is leaking/out of place.

We don't want another dead GP.

I drop my car off tomorrow for the rebuild so luck to both of us!

Hopefully you did not bargain shop for your tranny work. I recommend a lot of people to the shop that does my trannys. 50% use him, 50% say he is too expensive and go else where. The 50% that use him, love his work, and never have to take that car back to him. A sign of a good tranny shop is return customers, not return cars.

lol Well he "seems" to know something. I told him I had a 98 GP and he was like, "ok, that a 4T65e" etc... He's giving me a (1) year warranty also. I'm still a bit nervous though as it seems a good amount of GP's that get there tranny's rebuilt don't seem to last long. confused
