Instead of demodding i have decided to change it up a bit. The hood and Wing go in for paint soon, they are going Silver, possibly with black grill inlets. Wheels will be changed soon after ZZP weekend back to Black Tstars and eventually some Black 18's. Changing the corners from tinted ones to black clear corners, black GPO grills and i should be done with the appearance and then its onto the motor. This is operation Derice wink And yes i know the car is filthy, but Wednesday my friend Ron (superman4evr on CGP) and I are doing a full detail to clean her up a bit.

Reason i took off the SD lip is i sold it for $240, thats 3 times more than i paid for it.. i couldnt pass it up. Plus i like the look without it now, im seeing to many local gp's with it now i just needed a change. Plus i was sick of hitting everything and always worrying about it breaking, and scraping every driveway i enter. I still scrape without it..

Looks good as always man. What made the decision on demodding and changing the mods?

Well i was looking at completely demodding and going with a new car, but after thinking about it a lot lately, im just giong to fix everything thats wrong with it, paint everything, make it faster and keep it, its not worth getting rid of this far into it now. So i just wanted to change it up a bit, got rid of a few things, and adding new things and just redoing a lot of it. Then eventually down the road getting a new car and keeping this one.

imo you should just keep it as is and start saving for the car you want. You must have found a job then if you are talking about a new car? Congrats.

No job but have had like 9 interviews in the past 2 weeks. New car would end up being Spring. And its not staying the way it is, thats why i get bored with it if it stays the way it is. So its time for a change.

Just wondering how can one afford a new car without a job?

Wheels are sold locally but if they fall through theyll be up for grabs.

And Ben, can you not read? You even quoted me where i said the new car wouldn't be till spring, you know thats 8 months from now.. that'll give me plenty of time to get a steady job and some money saved up..

Was wondering how he can do this by spring time? Seems like some crazy plans for 8 months.

I guess I just assume things too often and yes it gets me into situations I don't want to be in. So I will admit for my wrong doing of my assumptions. I assumed you wouldn't work much and would get paid minimum wage. If it is anything like my life you would have other expenses which would delay getting a new car well beyond 8 months. However I'm also assuming your not making car payments and paying for a new vehicle in cash.

So ya that is where I went wrong and I apologize. Let the thread continue.

Financially that would have been a bad decision. So i decided to keep it, change it up a bit and have fun with it while i work my ass off for a new toy in the future.

Im definately hoppin' on the bandwagon with the whole scrapping the projector scene and going with stockers/black headlights.

Anyone that has projectors understands this.
