Platinums cause knock under boost, that is why we avoid them. They won't affect idle, stock plugs are platinum.
Find out where's it's misfiring and go from there. If it's a single cylinder, focus on wire and coils. Last case, injector. If it's all cylinders, look for vacuum leaks and sensor issues... maf perhaps?
