well...since you seem to be having so much trouble with it. Go to local High Schools and post for sale ads. I'm sure some kid will get their parents to buy the car pretty quickly. Take that money and buy yourself a new GTP or what-have-you.

most likely the fuel pump. i changed the filter and resistor also just to be sure.
