Hey I finally got a chance to take my car to the track last night, and I was pretty pleased with the times I got.
This slip shows my best ET and 60':

I ran about 10 times and had a worst time of 15.0XX, but my most consistant times were about a 14.7XX, so that isn't too bad. That track was hookin' hard too, I was shocked at how much traction I would get.
The first couple of runs I would drive around the water box, but after that I spun the tires in the water box, moved forward a little, then got as much spin as I could w/o using the parking brake. Doing that yielded the best 60' times.
My friend took a few videos with his camera, not video camera, so you can't see too much, but I will try to get them up when I get a hold of 'em.

Oh and My mods are in my sig + a 3" D/P

Ha yeah it might have been more than that. The track was having a "street legal" night, where only street legal cars could race. There was probably 40 cars up there total. And only half of them were racing at one time. Cost 15 bucks all night, it was sweeet.

You're just about ready for a pulley, huh?

Go with an MPS setup. Screw press-on pulleys.

Yeah almost, my t-stat should be here tomorrow, and I'll get that put in, then I'll do spark plugs and pulley at the same time I think, and I should be good to go. I think I'm still going to go with the 3.5.

Make sure you gap the new plugs. I doubt they are where they need to be.

Will do, and I'm buying the Aeroforce scan gauge sometime before I get the pulley. So I think I'll be good to go.

Yeah, you'll probably need to gap em at .055" with the new pulley.
