Those rims are the only rims I've ever seen with more than 5-6 spokes that I actually like. Normally, anything else is just to much, but for some reason, I like those.

To each his own though. laugh

And as far as the car's mistaken identity, it's cool - we're all human.

today on my way home i saw a red special edition...never seen one before and i didnt know they made them in red.

Yep, special editions gp are also in red. There is a red special edition where I live at when I come home from work everyday.

dark cherry isnt special edition, thats 40th.

Pontiac really confused alot of people with all the "special" cars they made. So many of em with just "special" badging. A different spoiler isn't enough for me to make a car "special". The only ones I'll take exception for are the commemorative cars like the pace cars, 40th GP anniversary and the GTXs (although they were GTPs sent to SLP for modification to GTX status prior to going to the dealer).
