Ok guys I have a hairline crack in one of the plastic tanks on the side of my radiator now, I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of how much work it is going to be to pull the radiator or if there is a way to fix the crack while the radiator is in the car. I have looked at my Haynes manual and it doesnt look like a whole lot of work to pull the radiator but sometimes that little book can be decieving.

The radiator removal should be fairly straightforward; no hidden gremlins that I know of. Sometimes the radiator shop can replace the plastic tank, or you can get a used radiator from Morad Parts Company
