Ok guys I have a hairline crack in one of the plastic tanks on the side of my radiator now, I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of how much work it is going to be to pull the radiator or if there is a way to fix the crack while the radiator is in the car. I have looked at my Haynes manual and it doesnt look like a whole lot of work to pull the radiator but sometimes that little book can be decieving.

Any help is greatly appreciated, you guys are awesome!

The radiator removal should be fairly straightforward; no hidden gremlins that I know of. wink Sometimes the radiator shop can replace the plastic tank, or you can get a used radiator from Morad Parts Company cheers
