I just bought a 2000 GTP about 2 months ago and I have begun to notice that under moderate braking and uneven pavement there is rattle up front. It sounds like a suspension piece or part of my brake is rattling. Im going to have it looked at by the dealer, but I am expecting a "We can't find anything," response. I was hoping that someone has had this problem so that I can try to steer the dealer in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

I had a similar experience. I tore the whole front apart and replaced damned near every front suspension component including struts and springs twice. It ended up being $15 center sway bar bushings. Try that first and see what happens. I thought it was more outward like around the wheel area but it was the bushings where the sway bar bolts to the subframe.
