My new Scanner should be showing up in a couple days, and I was wondering. Does anyone know what I can scan for to see that the intense PCM is actually Enhanced!!! It's not that I don't trust Intense, But I like to see things for myself. Are there any numbers that will stand out to say for sure, that this PCM is not Stock!!!

Cheers!
Do you still have your stock PCM? If you do, plug it in and take it for a drive. You'll see how much your Intense PCM is a kick in the butt.

I plygged mine in once and could not believe how much my car acted like a little baby, I couldn't even feel it shift.

We'll i definately plan on doing that in spring, and also logging the numbers between the 2 PCMs. (Glad I kept the core now wink

I know a 97 doesn't need a case learn, but don't you have to change the knock module under the cover?

Yes, 97's are special in that way. There is a module that you change over. The module contains the information that a CASE learn does.

I had to relocate my coolant tank to the left strut tower because my 97 has them near the intake. So having this knock module swap thing was a complete shock to me. Something thats easier on a '97? It couldn't be. laugh
