so I have a coolant leak that appears to be from some previous idiot not using proper antifreeze I have to pull the supercharger and mounting plate, I am looking to do exhaust, ported supercharger w/3" pulley, computer, cam, and valve train. What cam should I go with; does Lunati do custom grinds for our motors (L67), what valve train? Any other things to be watching out for, or mods I should do at this time? thanks for all of your help in advance.

Check out the FAQ section for a little extra help.

Exhaust - headers, or at least Ported Exhaust Manifolds and a 3" downpipe

Computer - Get a DHP or an Overkill

Cam - I would go with the XP cam, or the Intense Stage 3 cam

Also, I'm not sure what you have already done to your car (if anything), but to properly run a 3.0" pulley you will need to do supporting mods outlined in the FAQ. These include cooler spark plugs, Cold air Intake, 180* T-Stat, etc... just make sure you are able to properly combat the KR that comes with running a smaller pulley.

As far of the top speed of a stock GTP, the computer limits u to about 128 mph if I remember correctly.

Hey 2fast, just out of curiousity why do you recommend the ZZP PCM? Do you not like the DHP?

Oh, yeah, BCartman - How much money are you working with anyways? That will really determine what you should do..

with a 3.0 your pushin for a intercooler
you should eiter run a 3.25 pulley and scan to see if you can drop or get a intercooler for the 3.o

2fast4u is running a 3.0, non intercooled, and with 0* of KR... it's not required by any means. Certainly wouldn't hurt... but for the price, you don't have to have it.

Yeah, but look at what all he has done besides an intercooler. If it's DIY and you aren't planning on ripping out the block and rebuilding the bottom and top end yourself, an intercooler costs about the same (or less, depending on model) and takes a lot less time to install.
