HUD is dead-on.
Speedo is off anywhere from 1-5 mph, depending on how it feels.

I don't have a HUD. My brother does. Anyway, yes, both the HUD and speedo get their data from the PCM and from the same sensor by the differential. I suspect the analog reading lags somewhat too.
