nah, it was programmed for a 1998 GTP and it should now only work with his car until it is reprogrammed.

98 to 2002 gtp are the same 03 and 97 are differnt my buddy has 00 gtp my worked fine in his car

03's dont have performance shift in them, 97-01 do, but if u have a shift knob and wiring harness...then it is do-able
