Quick ? - What size tire do I need for 18's with the same circumference?

I won't waste any extra space. If I want 18's but I want to keep my wheel gap to a minimum, what size tire would I need to have the same outer diameter as the stock tires with 16" rims?

This may be a simple question but I appreciate your responses. Thanks guys.

I dont know if its exactly the same circumfrence but the "plus two" 18in tire size is a P245/45R-18...hope this helps.
