it won't really make much difference.

the 180 only takes about 1 minute longer to start blowing heat than the 195.

it's up to you really.

With the mods you have listed I wouldn't worry about it until you go deaper or need to change the Tstat.

It is a way to help prevent KR but you've done nothing to aggrevate KR so unless you just want go ahead it won't hurt anything. Just saying you really don't need to right now.

It won't make much of a difference now. I would wait until winter is over.

Corey you dont know, you dont have a 180* in winter cause your in flordia! haha, but IMO dont worry about it, my friend is running a 160* durring the winter and his runs just fine, but it can wait till after winter too, no big deal.

It has gone down into the 30's here a few times, the GP doesn't appreciate it much, though.

My GTP loves the cold. I think I gain an extra 20hp when the temps are below freezing.

It feels like that sometimes huh? I don't know if you're joking or not, but it seems like you have more torque when it's really cold out.

I run with a non drilled 180° tstat during the winter and it's fine.

colder air means denser air so more can be shoved into a cylinder for the explosion. The fuel is also colder so more fuel too. The other benefit of colder air & fuel is it allows more timing as the cold air & fuel keep redetonation at a minimum.

Look at NHRA records. Most are set in Feb-Mar or Oct-Nov when the air is cool.
