Not sure about Bonnieville GXP seat.

Jon Szarka: Wow, that's really nice seat wink Did you got power seat hook up? I noticed you don't have heater switch on shift area. You didn't use it? I'm not sure which car did you got. Mine was removed from 2004 Comp G. I have 2 heater seats.

lol i didn't hook up the heated seats because thats the only option my GT didnt come with(the drivers heated seat)....I am looking into the harness and switch from another car but i havn't been lucky yet.... I tried to read up on if an 04 harness would work and somehow i could rig an 97-03 to it so both work but i dont think its going to happen.....

As for the power for the seats.....I did hook that up... I hate cutting wires and all that so I used my head and figured a little something out. I took apart the harness and pulled each wire out of the plastic housing and simply slid them into the new harness on the seat. The colors are pretty much the same. It took me awhile but everything worked, even the little seatbelt light on the dash is hooked up correctly. You really dont have to worry about the wires falling out either, they are snug but just for safe measure I used electrical tape and secured them down. Just make sure you take a picture of how the wires were placed in teh old harness because if you ever switch back.

Sorry 20gt02. Don't be jealous. wink I was about ask you about seat from ebay in Florida but I realize that your car (engine start button) is tan. $229.88 and pick up only. Not bad deal.

Ok thank Jon Szarka. I'm not sure if I'm going to hook heat seat. I went to check my SE model power wire under my driver seat. I have 6 color wires. I do have pink and blue wire that are actaully from heat seat. Wow... but how can I connect them from switch button?

Palsut, get the Meguiar's leather cleaner and conditioner for your leather seats. Don't bother with the Armorall junk!

Just saw your edit post. So your seat belt (warning light) actually connect into leather seat without cut wire? I was about ask same question about what to do with seat belt wire.

I will try my best as much I can for wire. I need to find picture for "how to make wire together write up pictures". I have no luck to find them. Pictures do help me lot.

What is wrong with armorall? At least I didn't open it yet. I saw this product. I wonder why they have 2 bottles?

I would recommend lexol products on leather. I also use vinylex from lexol on the plastic interior pieces. I don't use any other products but these.

Armoral leaves that slippery greasey look, and doesn't really give life to the material, just makes it look like it has life.

I hope you have a good Thanksgiving. I do have a good time with my dad. His food is so good.

Anyway, I ask him for stripper wire if he has one but he couldn't find it. The Meijer store is open. We went over there and saw some wire area. He brought it for me. Thank to him. I owe him big one. Since it is very pretty outside with sunny. I knew it is final warm day this year. I will get some snow on Monday. I decide to work on it because I need drive this car sometimes. It has been sitting there since Saturday.

For whoever want to do 04+ seat on your 97-03 model.

There is my write-up. Maybe this one will help better.

You need those. (black tape, wire stripper & crimper, 04 connect wire, and butt connectors)

Unhook the battery cable

That's what wire look like after cut.

stripper job

now wire cover is out

Keep repeat for other wires

Cut old seat plug out (not picture)

stripper job on my car wire (not picture) but it is clearly same thing as above when I did that on 04+ plug wire.

Put butt connector between 2004 wire and my car wire together. Use black tape to hold it then I use crimper on this butt connector.

It is getting too dark. The sunny is drop down too fast because I take it easy to make sure I did everything smoothly for my 1st try. I skip heat seat wire job. I will do that later. I put the battery cable on. When I make video but I haven't try it yet. When I click the button and it is show dead. I just like aww I suck at it. Wait... I FORGOT PUT DAMN CONNECT PLUG ON MY LEATHER SEAT! I put connect plug on my leather seat and make other video.

Holy sh!t... Did I do that? eek It is alive! Yeah!!!! lol I got too exciting for can't wait to drive my car when I shake the steering wheel.

Finally, it is all way back now. Yeah less space room but I don't have any people sit on my back seat.

Thank you for all your best advice as much you can. I know it is getting confused for me lot. Now, I'm happy and understand clearly as long it is working right now.

nobody wants to listen to me... lol. HEAT SHRINK CONNECTORS!!!

you can buy them at hardware stores. its just like those butt connectors palsut. except after you crimp both sides, you heat the plastic with a lighter and it shrinks to fit your wire, it also has glue in it so the wires are very secure.

but glad you got it working.
