Well I think I can call this annoying sucker dead!!!!!!!
I totally forgot about the EVAP Purge Solenoid Control Circuit plug. As its been disconnected since the top swap, and sometime last year I cut the plug off and tapped it away. Reading more into the schematics and looking at pics, that was the pink wire that was sharing the same connection in the fuse panel. So today I decided to jump on that harness and take a peak. Well I found two issues. One was that I relocated the pink wire for the BBV solenoid, which the wire for that has been disconnected since it didn't work, and I found my one friend did a bad splice job there. After poking around a little further part of the reason that wasn't working was it was tied in with an injector. Which may explain some issues with kr and other odd things. So I corrected that by soldering the injector wire back together. The second was I found out I did a poor job cutting the Evap pink wire and the copper was exposed. After moving that out of the way where it wasn't able to ground out, I replaced the fuse and tested it. Sure enough it worked! So I ripped the harness apart and cut that wire at the metal connector in the fuse panel. I will remove the green signal wire this weekend from the pcm.
Thanks for the help that you all provided, each day I work on my gp the more confidence I have.
