You're on the right path. You have to be able to eliminate each item that's electrical 100%.
Being, eliminate it being the 02, MAF, and EGR/EVAP stuff.

Well I think I can call this annoying sucker dead!!!!!!!

I totally forgot about the EVAP Purge Solenoid Control Circuit plug. As its been disconnected since the top swap, and sometime last year I cut the plug off and tapped it away. Reading more into the schematics and looking at pics, that was the pink wire that was sharing the same connection in the fuse panel. So today I decided to jump on that harness and take a peak. Well I found two issues. One was that I relocated the pink wire for the BBV solenoid, which the wire for that has been disconnected since it didn't work, and I found my one friend did a bad splice job there. After poking around a little further part of the reason that wasn't working was it was tied in with an injector. Which may explain some issues with kr and other odd things. So I corrected that by soldering the injector wire back together. The second was I found out I did a poor job cutting the Evap pink wire and the copper was exposed. After moving that out of the way where it wasn't able to ground out, I replaced the fuse and tested it. Sure enough it worked! So I ripped the harness apart and cut that wire at the metal connector in the fuse panel. I will remove the green signal wire this weekend from the pcm.

Thanks for the help that you all provided, each day I work on my gp the more confidence I have.

I thought I had this issue fixed but I am a very foolish person. This whole time it was nothing to do with what I removed, and the solder joints on the maf sensor. It was the burnt out rear o2 sensor wiring.

hey i have the same issue going on right now, i am blowing the IGN 1 - UH. So is the issue a burnt out 02 wiring? This may be my problem because I had my car lowered and i raised the engine and put shorter dog bones on, resulting in my ZZP downpipe hitting the firewall in reverse, im wondering if i burnt the o2 wires possibly, considering the rear 02 sensor is was just about touching the frame before i lowered my car and after i installed the DP.

In addition to this code i am throwing a MAF VAF low input and heater CTR code. im going out now to look now

Well when u blow that fuse it will also throw a maf code, its all on the same circuit. From what I can tell the maf, evap, egr, both o2's and probably a few others run on that main fuse. What I would do is start to unplug each one and test to see if it pops the fuse. This is probably the long way of doing it but its what I did.

In my case at some point the rear o2 wires melted off the sensor and were grounding out. I just didn't think the o2's were on that circuit otherwise I would have fixed it sooner.

so ya it was the lower 02 sensor, it was shorting everything our, blowing the fuse in turn throwing all the codes. Its fixed now but that sucked...
