That'd be great! I'd like to compare the two, hopefully before I decide anything. I'm kinda walking the wire now, trying to get alot of things done before TMS. Hopefully I can scrape it all together and make my first GP meet a good one.

Yeah, I'm trying to get stuff done too. I ordered my new tips today. Should get those next week. Then I've got some under hodd stuff I want to get done.
I'll see what I can do about getting mine posted sometime this weekend, maybe tonight.

I'm going to do as much as I can. Like I said somewhere else, with over 100k miles and a few mishaps with it, I think I'll steer away from modding the GT very much. This is all training for my future GTP! I'm all cosmetic for now.  Speaking of, I have a few things I wanna ask about, but won't hijack this thread anymore than I already have. :x

I'm convinced. The 50's are going to be my next mufflers. The stock ones are 90% fine so I got a LONG way to go.

My 40 series with 2 1/2" dual outlets, resonated. The "whistling/rattle" is the JimmyC D/P. It uses a piece of flex joint. It's the flex joint that is making the noise, and it is normal. JimmyC has said that he's now using a gen 2 flex joint. I'm not sure if the gen 2 is quiter or what it's all about. This will soon be my old set-up, as I have already ordered a new set of 4" single outlet with resonators. I'm hoping to get a little deeper sound out of the 4" singles.
